We can research the market and find the hardware or software products to do the job. If it is a Software fix we can test the software to make sure it solves your problem before you buy. We do not do Hardware Support Contracts, but we do get involved in analysing problems that are not easily distinguishable between hardware and software. This is more for solving problems than for day to day application questions, and we are geared towards network problems rather than applications.
