The service we are offering is an IT technical
enquiries helpdesk for questions and requests for advice which can be asked
and answered by email.
It is primarily designed for system and Network
problems and to keep your machines running smoothly. For help and advice
on purchasing new hardware and software. It is not necessarily geared
towards application queries, but if I do know the answers I will help
where I can. If the problem needs further investigation or full
consultancy I will let you know. It may be that you need a referral,
and I could point you in the right direction or recommend someone.
This service will cost according
on the number of users in your company from the table below. We
will invoice monthly in advance.
